Refund Policy

Ramaanya Foundation ("we," "us," or "our") is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for our donors and supporters. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for donations made to our foundation.

1. Donations

Donations made to Ramaanya Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances under which a refund request will be considered.

2. Refund Request Conditions

Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:

  • The donation was made in error.
  • The donation amount was incorrect.
  • The donor changed their mind shortly after making the donation.

3. Timeframe for Refund Requests

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the donation date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Process for Refund Requests

To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone, providing the following information:

  • Donation amount
  • Donation date
  • Transaction ID (if available)

5. Review and Approval

Upon receiving your refund request, we will review the details and notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 14 business days of the approval notification.

6. Non-Refundable Donations

The following donations are non-refundable:

  • Donations made more than 07 days ago.
  • Donations made during fundraising events.
  • Donations where tax receipts have been issued and used for tax deduction purposes.
